Hey, I’m Tash and firstly welcome to my little corner of the internet, The Bottom Step.
I live in London with my Yorkie Poo Ted, (he’s super cute and sitting on my lap as I write this).
I’m a dancer/singer/actress/personal trainer, I already know what your thinking, wow thats a lot of things, its a bit of a mouthful to say as well. I have previously worked on Cruise Ships as a dancer and have now been back in the UK on dry land for 3 years.
I love keeping fit and I am often known as “the fit one” amongst my friends and family and also the people I work out with. I have a thirst for knowledge that spans across many different topics, and in the past I often found myself starting down a particular path but never reaching a final destination. With all my different jobs and titles I was starting to feel like a ‘jack of all trades and master of non’. So I thought it was about time to do something about it.
Motivation has never been an issue, nor has focus, I guess the problem has been putting both together towards one common goal. This is what inspired me to start a blog, it was a way of bringing together all the different elements of learning and having something to show for it at the end. It has also become a way of tracking my other successes and hopefully it is helping to motivate others to do the same.
I wasn’t entirely sure what this little website would develop into a year ago, I just knew that I love technology, healthy food, fitness, taking pictures and giving my opinion and it has become a bit of all those things. But more then that, it has become a source of motivation and inspiration for others, and something I am truly proud of.
So here it is, ‘the bottom step’ to a staircase that still has no one destination or an ending. Come and join me for the ride and we can climb the steps together.
